Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake Recipe

It may sound strange but strawberry, coffee, and rhubarb all together are an amazing combination. The strawberry rhubarb coffee cake is my most recent creation. After working for days I have finally mastered the recipe of amazing things. All the three contrasting things make an ultimate blend all together. A fruity and sweet taste splashes out from the inner core of the cake because of rhubarb and strawberry. While the coffee flavored crumbs act as munch and crunchy topping for the dessert.

Now it’s time for you shift from normal and common sweets to some better and unique deserts. You can eat or serve it on any occasion. Surely cooking this cake is not at all easy but with my technique and ideas you can prepare this cake at your home very easily. All you need to do is follow all of my steps and instructions very carefully. So let’s begin to cook one of the ultimate desserts of all time. Remember to enjoy each bite of it. • 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 2 – 3 tablespoon butter


• 4 tablespoon corn-starch
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 cups of rhubarb (frozen)
• 1-quart fresh strawberries (smashed)


• 2 cups of buttermilk
• 2 – 4 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2 – 3 eggs
• 4 – 6 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 – 4 tablespoon melted butter
• 1 teaspoon baking soda



• Take out a large size saucepan.

• Preheat it on low flame for 3 – 5 minutes at least.

• Take lemon juice, some strawberries and rhubarb. Put it all in the saucepan.

• Combine it all and mix it for allow it to cook on medium flame.(At least for 5 minutes)

• Stir the mixture.

• As you continue to stir, add some sugar and corn-starch to it.

• Cook it for 2 more minutes. Then removes it from the stove and keep it aside.


• Turn on the oven and allow it to preheat at 350 F temperature for 3 – 5 minutes.

• Now take out a large sized bowl and pour in baking soda, baking powder salt, sugar, and flour.

• Cut in some butter.

• Wait for the mixture to look like coarse crumbs.

• In a separate bowl mix buttermilk, vanilla n eggs.

• Add it to the crumb mixture and continue to stir it.


• Take out a baking dish.

• Fill it evenly with half of the batter.

• Take the fillings and simply scatter it over the top of the batter.

• Finally, pour the other half of the batter over it.


• For some topping.

• Take a new saucepan and melt some butter.

• Remove the pan from the heat.

• Take some flour and sugar, and add it in the pan.

Finally, allow the coffee cake to be baked in an oven for 40 – 45 minutes.Then, cool it. Our cake is now ready to be served.

As winters is going to come I like to start eating scones for breakfast and shift from eating regular butter and toast. To add some flavor I prefer having blueberry scones. The gluten free blueberry scones are cooked using fresh and dried blueberries. As for me, they are perfect morning breakfast for a cold and chilly winter day. Well, you can enjoy it too. These scones are very easy to make. The no gluten concept makes the cooking process even easier. Just follow my lead and get your perfect scones.

The recipe to cook it is very easy. It does not include any butter , cream or extra milk to increase the work and difficulty for the cooking. All the ingredients for the recipe are chosen very carefully. Not a thing more and not a thing less. So let’s start to cook some tasty scones. All you need to do is follow my simple steps and instruction to cook the food. It hardly takes less 45 minutes. So let’s begin and hope you enjoy your food.



• 1 cup blueberries (dried)
• 2 medium sized eggs
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon lemon extract
• 3 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 300-gram almond flour
• 100 g coconut floor
• 50 g flaked almonds
Note* :- before starting to cook, make sure all the products are gluten free.



• Allow the oven to preheat at the temperature of 350 F for 3 – 5 minutes.

• Take a parchment paper and start and line the baking sheet with it.


• Take out a medium sized bowl for mixing the ingredients.

• Mix all together all the wet ingredients i.e. eggs, lemon extract, vanilla extract and lemon extract.

• Continue to mix and stir the ingredients. Whisk in all the ingredients until they combine well.

• Now keep this bowl aside and take out another medium sized bowl.

• Now it’s time to make a mixture of dry ingredients i.e. salt, baking powder, almond flour, sugar, coconut flour and baking soda.

• Mix all the ingredients well, and continue to stir until the all the ingredients are mixed well.

• Now make a well centrally in the mixture of dry ingredients.

• Pour in the mixture of wet ingredients in the well and mix all the ingredients together.

• Mix the mixture of ingredients, and continue to stir until the ingredients combine properly.

• Add in the dried blueberries in the batter formed.


• Now it’s time make discs out of dough. The size must not be more than 2-inch diam and 1 inch high.

• For some flavor sprinkle the sugar over the dough disk. / Or simply roll the almond flakes along the sides and on the top of the dough disk.


• Finally, your scones are ready to be baked.

• Take a baking sheet and put all the scones over it. (keep each scone at least 2 inches apart from another scone )

• Now bake it at the temperature of 350 – 400 F for at least 20 minutes.

• Continue to bake until the scones turn all crispy and brown.

• Now take them out of the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.

• Now wrap them and store in airtight container for at least two days.

Now your scones are ready to be eaten. Enjoy your snack time with that blueberry scones and the best part is no gluten.

Bailey’s Irish Cream Cheesecake – Chocolate Dessert Recipes

Since childhood, cheesecakes have been my favorite. I have a very special connection with cheesecakes, it reminds me of my mom’s special recipe. Every Sunday she used to make Irish cream cheesecake for me. I grew up with this dish and I know the taste of each and every bit of its bite. After I became a chef this dish became my signature dish. It has the same recipe as my mom’s, she taught me how to cook and I still enjoy making it every single time.

The secret of the cake is in its 3 parts. First is the crunchy and munch crust made out of Oreo cookies. The second is the sweet creamy and chocolaty topping of the cake. And in the end the 3rd and last the soft, creamy, delicious and tasty filling. This is an ultimate stress buster dish. When every you feel down has a bite, it will cheer you up. So to bring a smile on your face and make your food life more amazing I present to you the recipe to cook Baileys Irish cream cheesecake. • 2 cups of cookie crumbs (Oreo cookies)
• 3 – 5 tablespoon melted butter (unsalted)


• Chopped sweet baking chocolate
• 2 cups of cream (make sure it’s heavy)


• 1 – 2 cups of baileys Irish cream
• 8 ounces of soft cheese cream
• 1/2 cup vanilla extract
• 7 – 8 tablespoon sugar
• 3 – 5 eggs
• 1/2 cup corn starch



• Allow the oven to heat up at 350 F temp for 3 – 5 minutes.

• Take a bowl. Crush the Oreo crumbs and mix it with butter.

• Now it’s time to bake the mixture for 8 – 12 minutes (use cake pans).

• Afterward, allow it to cool (wrap it up with aluminium foil).


• Take a big bowl.

• Add cheese cream and sugar to it. Mix them well using an electrical mixer (mix until smooth).

• Now it’s time to add corn-starch. Continue to mix and gradually turn down the mixing speed to low.

• Now one buy one start adding eggs to it.

• Continue to mix as you add Baileys and vanilla extract to it.

• Your batter is ready now.


• Take out the prepared pan and fill it with the batter.

• Now place in a roasting pan.

• Fill 1/4th of the roasting pan with hot water. Start to bake.

• Allow it to bake 350 F temperature for at least 60 – 80 minutes.

• Remember to rotate it when you are halfway through with the process.


• Now it’s time to remove the pan from the hot water bath.

• Get a cooling rack and place it over and allow it to cool down overnight.

• Remember to take off the aluminium foil and allow to refrigerate at least for 6 – 8 hours.

• Finally, after the cooling process is over, take out the ring of the spring form pan using a knife.


• It is time to melt some chocolate.

• Allow it to melt over a double boiler and turn completely smooth (make sure it has no lumps).

• To make it thick and creamy mix it with whipped cream and stir it well.

• Take the chance and place 2/3 of it all around the cake.

• Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 – 10 minute and allow it to freeze.

• Take it out and pour rest of the ganache over it for a shiny appearance.

Your delicious food is ready to be served and eaten.

Healthy Double Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Every single person on this earth loves to eat chocolate. I find the taste and flavor of chocolate mesmerizing. Most of you only enjoy chocolate just in the form of candy bars or milk powder but, I love to experiment. I like to have chocolate in different forms. My newest experiment with the chocolate has resulted into tasty and delicious chocolate zucchini muffins. I have to say they taste simply amazing and I can enjoy it richly loaded chocolaty flavor at any time of the day.

These chocolate zucchini muffins are very easy to be made. In almost 50 minutes you get your chocolate muffins ready. Well, now I spoke so much about it being chocolaty, so it’s time now to reveal the secret behind its flavor. The cocoa powder and chocolate chips are the secret to its amazing flavor. I am sure by now you must be dying to try it out yourself. So just follow the instruction and steps of cooking written below and make your morning and evenings all chocolaty. • 1 cup mini milk chocolate chips
• 2 cups sugar (powdered)
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups zucchini (finely grated)
• 5 small eggs
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)


• Preheat an oven for at least 2 -3 minutes at a temperature of 350 – 400 F.

• Take out the muffin pan and simply cover its wells with non-stick cook spray or you can just simply line them with paper.

• Now take out a large size bowl to make a mixture of all the wet ingredients.

• Add oil, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar in the large bowl. Whisk them all together.

• Mix and stir all the ingredients together until they all combine properly.

• Now keep this bowl aside and take out another large sized bowl. But this time, we use it to mix in all the dry ingredients.

• Take the bowl and pour in it flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

• Mix all the ingredients well with each other. Make sure the mixture is evenly mixed.

• Now it’s time to mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

• Make a well in the centre of the mixture of dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients mixture into it and start to mix them.

• Continue to stir and mix the ingredients well. Make sure all the components have properly combined.

• Now add in some zucchini to the mixture. Mix it with hands to make sure it’s evenly distributed in the batter.

• Simultaneously add some sweet chocolate chips to it. Make sure to mix it well too.

• Now spoon in all the batter in the muffin pan wells. Fill all the well evenly.

• If you desire then add mini milk chocolate chips over each muffin for better taste.

• Bake the muffins in the oven for at least 20 minutes at a temperature of 400 F.

• Take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for at least 10 more minutes.

Now your sweet and tasty chocolate zucchini muffins are ready to serve and eaten.

So today I have cooked something totally amazing using coke. As it tastes so great I wanted to share its recipe with all of you. The amazing coca cola cupcakes. This soft and sweet dessert have a weird yet amazing taste which no one can refuse to eat.

It sure is a bit long process but the taste is worth waiting for years. So you prepare it in 3 major steps. The first step is to prepare the cola flavored cupcakes. The second step is to prepare the creamy filling. And the last step is to make the tasty topping. All the things combined together make the cola cupcakes. • 5 – 8 tablespoon cherry juice
• 2 cups melted butter
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)
• 24 ounces of sugar (powdered)


• Maraschino cherries
• 1/4 cup honey
• 4 Oz chocolate (bittersweet flavored and chopped)
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)
• 1 cup heavy whipped cream


• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 12 ounces of coca cola
• 2 – 3 cups sugar
• 2 – 3 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 cup of milk
• 1/2 a cup vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream


• Turn on the oven and allow it to preheat at 350 F temperature for 2 – 3 minutes.

• With the help of paper, lines line up the muffin cups.

• Take out a large sized bowl and use it to mix all the wet ingredients using a mixer. (Coca-Cola, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla)

• Separately mix the eggs and add it to the wet cola mixture.

• Now take a separate bowl. It’s time to mix all the dry ingredients i.e. cocoa, baking soda, flour, and sugar.

• Mix all the ingredients well, make sure they combine together.

• Now it’s time to combine the wet cola mixture with dry mixture.

• Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour in the wet cola mixture.

• Continue to stir it and make sure the ingredients mix well.

• Your batter is almost ready. Now divide it into 12 equal parts and allow it to be baked 30 minutes.


• Take a large sized bowl and with a hand, mixer beat in some salted butter.

• Continue to beat it for 5 minutes and add powdered sugar to it.

• Once you add the powdered sugar mix the ingredients completely.

• Now it’s time to add vanilla extract and cherry juice.

• Continue to mix until it becomes all smooth and fluffy.

• Pour the frosting over the cooled cupcakes.


• Take out a small sauce pan and allow it to preheat over a low flame.

• Place over it the heavy cream and wait for it to get hot.

• Take out a heat safe bowl containing chocolate and add the hot cream to it.

• Mix them well and in a few minutes add the honey and vanilla to it.

• Whisk in all the ingredients all allow the well-combined mixture to cool down.

• Sprinkle the glaze over the frosted cupcakes.

Finally, top the cupcakes with cherries. Your cola cupcakes are ready to serve and eaten

Depending on your budget, you can choose a coffee maker to suit your needs. Since you’re going for home use, I’d recommend either A Bunn espresso machine or Keurig coffee makers. K55 is supposed to be one of the best ones out there.

Towards the higher end of the budget, you can opt for a one that grinds coffee beans. Otherwise, in a basic coffee maker look for features like, ease of cleaning, manual water control and steam wand.

Food Processor

This is one appliance that will reduce your work to half. It can shred, mince, mix, grate and perform a lot of cooking functions just with a click of a button. While buying you need to pay attention to the quality of the material that is used for making different parts of the food processor.

It should be easy to use and clean. See the space it requires to be stored and for operation and match it with the space available on your counter.

As the name suggests, a rice cooker is used to steam rice but its use is not limited to this. It can be used to cook idlis, steam pastas and much more. These are extremely durable and can last for generations.
