Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake Recipe

It may sound strange but strawberry, coffee, and rhubarb all together are an amazing combination. The strawberry rhubarb coffee cake is my most recent creation. After working for days I have finally mastered the recipe of amazing things. All the three contrasting things make an ultimate blend all together. A fruity and sweet taste splashes out from the inner core of the cake because of rhubarb and strawberry. While the coffee flavored crumbs act as munch and crunchy topping for the dessert.

Now it’s time for you shift from normal and common sweets to some better and unique deserts. You can eat or serve it on any occasion. Surely cooking this cake is not at all easy but with my technique and ideas you can prepare this cake at your home very easily. All you need to do is follow all of my steps and instructions very carefully. So let’s begin to cook one of the ultimate desserts of all time. Remember to enjoy each bite of it. LIST OF INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPINGS

• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• 2 – 3 tablespoon butter

LIST OF INGREDIENTS FOR FILLINGS

• 4 tablespoon corn-starch
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 cups of rhubarb (frozen)
• 1-quart fresh strawberries (smashed)

LIST OF INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE

• 2 cups of buttermilk
• 2 – 4 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2 – 3 eggs
• 4 – 6 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 – 4 tablespoon melted butter
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

STEPS TO COOK DELICIOUS RHUBARB COFFEE CAKE

STEP 1 

• Take out a large size saucepan.

• Preheat it on low flame for 3 – 5 minutes at least.

• Take lemon juice, some strawberries and rhubarb. Put it all in the saucepan.

• Combine it all and mix it for allow it to cook on medium flame.(At least for 5 minutes)

• Stir the mixture.

• As you continue to stir, add some sugar and corn-starch to it.

• Cook it for 2 more minutes. Then removes it from the stove and keep it aside.

STEP 2 

• Turn on the oven and allow it to preheat at 350 F temperature for 3 – 5 minutes.

• Now take out a large sized bowl and pour in baking soda, baking powder salt, sugar, and flour.

• Cut in some butter.

• Wait for the mixture to look like coarse crumbs.

• In a separate bowl mix buttermilk, vanilla n eggs.

• Add it to the crumb mixture and continue to stir it.

STEP 3

• Take out a baking dish.

• Fill it evenly with half of the batter.

• Take the fillings and simply scatter it over the top of the batter.

• Finally, pour the other half of the batter over it.

STEP 4

• For some topping.

• Take a new saucepan and melt some butter.

• Remove the pan from the heat.

• Take some flour and sugar, and add it in the pan.

Finally, allow the coffee cake to be baked in an oven for 40 – 45 minutes.Then, cool it. Our cake is now ready to be served.

BEST EVER GLUTEN FREE BLUEBERRY SCONES Recipe

As winters is going to come I like to start eating scones for breakfast and shift from eating regular butter and toast. To add some flavor I prefer having blueberry scones. The gluten free blueberry scones are cooked using fresh and dried blueberries. As for me, they are perfect morning breakfast for a cold and chilly winter day. Well, you can enjoy it too. These scones are very easy to make. The no gluten concept makes the cooking process even easier. Just follow my lead and get your perfect scones.

The recipe to cook it is very easy. It does not include any butter , cream or extra milk to increase the work and difficulty for the cooking. All the ingredients for the recipe are chosen very carefully. Not a thing more and not a thing less. So let’s start to cook some tasty scones. All you need to do is follow my simple steps and instruction to cook the food. It hardly takes less 45 minutes. So let’s begin and hope you enjoy your food.

Blueberry-Scone-Vegan-Gluten-Free-4

LIST OF INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup blueberries (dried)
• 2 medium sized eggs
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon lemon extract
• 3 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 300-gram almond flour
• 100 g coconut floor
• 50 g flaked almonds
Note* :- before starting to cook, make sure all the products are gluten free.

STEPS TO COOK TASTY BLUEBERRY SCONES ( GLUTEN FREE )

STEP 1

• Allow the oven to preheat at the temperature of 350 F for 3 – 5 minutes.

• Take a parchment paper and start and line the baking sheet with it.

STEP 2

• Take out a medium sized bowl for mixing the ingredients.

• Mix all together all the wet ingredients i.e. eggs, lemon extract, vanilla extract and lemon extract.

• Continue to mix and stir the ingredients. Whisk in all the ingredients until they combine well.

• Now keep this bowl aside and take out another medium sized bowl.

• Now it’s time to make a mixture of dry ingredients i.e. salt, baking powder, almond flour, sugar, coconut flour and baking soda.

• Mix all the ingredients well, and continue to stir until the all the ingredients are mixed well.

• Now make a well centrally in the mixture of dry ingredients.

• Pour in the mixture of wet ingredients in the well and mix all the ingredients together.

• Mix the mixture of ingredients, and continue to stir until the ingredients combine properly.

• Add in the dried blueberries in the batter formed.

STEP 3

• Now it’s time make discs out of dough. The size must not be more than 2-inch diam and 1 inch high.

• For some flavor sprinkle the sugar over the dough disk. / Or simply roll the almond flakes along the sides and on the top of the dough disk.

STEP 4

• Finally, your scones are ready to be baked.

• Take a baking sheet and put all the scones over it. (keep each scone at least 2 inches apart from another scone )

• Now bake it at the temperature of 350 – 400 F for at least 20 minutes.

• Continue to bake until the scones turn all crispy and brown.

• Now take them out of the oven and let it cool for a minute or two.

• Now wrap them and store in airtight container for at least two days.

Now your scones are ready to be eaten. Enjoy your snack time with that blueberry scones and the best part is no gluten.

Every single person on this earth loves to eat chocolate. I find the taste and flavor of chocolate mesmerizing. Most of you only enjoy chocolate just in the form of candy bars or milk powder but, I love to experiment. I like to have chocolate in different forms. My newest experiment with the chocolate has resulted into tasty and delicious chocolate zucchini muffins. I have to say they taste simply amazing and I can enjoy it richly loaded chocolaty flavor at any time of the day.

These chocolate zucchini muffins are very easy to be made. In almost 50 minutes you get your chocolate muffins ready. Well, now I spoke so much about it being chocolaty, so it’s time now to reveal the secret behind its flavor. The cocoa powder and chocolate chips are the secret to its amazing flavor. I am sure by now you must be dying to try it out yourself. So just follow the instruction and steps of cooking written below and make your morning and evenings all chocolaty. LIST OF INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup mini milk chocolate chips
• 2 cups sugar (powdered)
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups zucchini (finely grated)
• 5 small eggs
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

HOW TO COOK CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI MUFFINS

• Preheat an oven for at least 2 -3 minutes at a temperature of 350 – 400 F.

• Take out the muffin pan and simply cover its wells with non-stick cook spray or you can just simply line them with paper.

• Now take out a large size bowl to make a mixture of all the wet ingredients.

• Add oil, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar in the large bowl. Whisk them all together.

• Mix and stir all the ingredients together until they all combine properly.

• Now keep this bowl aside and take out another large sized bowl. But this time, we use it to mix in all the dry ingredients.

• Take the bowl and pour in it flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

• Mix all the ingredients well with each other. Make sure the mixture is evenly mixed.

• Now it’s time to mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.

• Make a well in the centre of the mixture of dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients mixture into it and start to mix them.

• Continue to stir and mix the ingredients well. Make sure all the components have properly combined.

• Now add in some zucchini to the mixture. Mix it with hands to make sure it’s evenly distributed in the batter.

• Simultaneously add some sweet chocolate chips to it. Make sure to mix it well too.

• Now spoon in all the batter in the muffin pan wells. Fill all the well evenly.

• If you desire then add mini milk chocolate chips over each muffin for better taste.

• Bake the muffins in the oven for at least 20 minutes at a temperature of 400 F.

• Take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for at least 10 more minutes.

Now your sweet and tasty chocolate zucchini muffins are ready to serve and eaten.

I am sure by now you must be aware of, how good I am at making food with a blend of my favorite things. Choco chip cookie ice cream sandwich. I admit that it tastes more amazing than it sounds. As we know Choco chip cookies and ice cream is two very popular sweet dishes known all around the world. I have simply blended both the things to create an ultimate sweet dish which you all are surely going to love.

Well, the process to make it perfectly, took me long but I finally did it. Now I can help you to make an ice cream sandwich in no time. All you need to do is follow my steps and instructions. This sweet dish sandwiches chocolate or vanilla flavored ice cream between chocolate cookies sprinkled over with chocolate chips. LIST OF INGREDIENTS-

COOKIES

  • 10 ounces of sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon common salt
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 6-8 tablespoon butter
  • 2-3 tablespoon golden brown sugar
  • 2-4 pints of vanilla/ chocolate ice-cream

BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3-5 tablespoon golden brown sugar
  • 1 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup corn syrup (dark)
  • 3-5 tablespoon butter
  • 2-3 tablespoon normal sugar

STEPS TO COOK YUMMY AND TASTY CHIP COOKIE ICE CREAM SANDWICH-

Let’s prepare the butterscotch sauce first

Step 1

  • Take a heavy and big sauce pan.
  • Add the golden brown sugar, common salt, corn, butter and common sugar in the saucepan and mix them well.
  • To mix it well, stir them well over low heat.
  • Continue to stir the mixture until the cause becomes all thick and bubbly.
  • To make it thicker and tastier add vanilla extract and whipped cream to eat.

It’s time to prepare the chocolate cookies to step 1

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F for at least 2- 3 minutes.
  • Take out a small bowl and add salt, flour and baking salt in it. Mix well.
  • Now take another bowl. Mix butter and sugar together using a mixer.
  • As you continue to mix add egg and vanilla extract to it.
  • Continue to mix until the mixture turns smooth.
  • Add the mixture from the small bowl to it also add the all-purpose flour.
  • Finally, for the crunchy and chocolaty taste add Choco chips.
  • Mix the components well and place it in the oven (use cake pans).
  • Allow it to bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Now Take it out and allow it to cool.

Step 2

  • Take the cookie and place it with the top side facing up.
  • Pour 2 – 4 tablespoon sauce over the cookie.
  • Now add a thick layer of ice cream over it.
  • Pour some more sauce and top it up with another cookie.
  • Press it well (gently). Now drizzle some more sauce over it.
  • Cover it up and refrigerate it for at least 5 – 7 hours.

Take it out and it. You’re yummy and tasty sweet dish is all set and ready to be eaten.

Baking is as easy as fancy it sounds. At first, everyone is nervous about it but as you keep baking, your skills improve and you start enjoying it. You just need to be patient and strong enough to see your efforts fail a couple of times.

Some people get it correct in the first time but most do not. So do not fret as you are not alone. Follow the simple steps in this article to be well prepared for any kind of baking.

Baking Essentials

The Rule of Thumb  –”STICK TO THE RECIPE”

Whatever you are baking just follow the recipe in the exact fashion as is told. You need to add the right ingredients, in the right proportion, at the right time and in the right way.

The correct appliances and tools are highly essential for baking a perfect dish. You need to identify your needs and choose from the vast variety of tools and equipment available in the market. The following are a few basics you would require-

Oven

There are a number of ovens available in the market belonging to various brands. You need to choose a one that best suits your requirement. My oven does baking, roasting and grilling and is the kind that is suitable for my family.

Non-stick cookware

One doesn’t put so much effort into the preparation of a dish just to see it stuck onto the baking tray. You need to have a range of non-stick cookware that allows the cake or pie to slide out with ease. My favourites are silicone moulds or springform tins.

You won’t need to use a parchment paper for these but to be on the safer side, just spread a couple of drops of vegetable oil in the pan and sprinkle some flour over it.

Measuring cups and spoons

As I said, you need to exactly follow the recipe and for that you need to have the correct measurements of your ingredients. Buy a set of measuring cups (for both liquid and dry ingredients) and measuring spoons. These are easily available in the market

Digital scale

For recipes that involve the measurement of ingredients in grams or ounces or any other units, you need to have a digital scale. Get a medium range scale which measures in grams.

Spatula and wooden spoon

A spatula is a wonderful tool! It scrapes off the tiniest bits of the mixture and doesn’t let anything go waste. A wooden spoon must already be present in your kitchen so you need not buy a new one.

Cooling Rack

You need to transfer cakes and cookies onto a cooling rack once you pop them out of the oven. This is an essential step which must not be avoided otherwise the cakes and cookies would have soggy bottoms.

Sifter, rolling pin, aluminium foil and mixing bowls

These are a few things that have little but important role to play in the baking process and they are probably already present in your kitchen!

Mixer

The ingredients must be properly mixed to attain the perfect consistency like; a cake mixture must be light to get the sponginess. For this, you need a good mixer. A good mixer need not be an electric one. It totally depends on the recipe you are following. For example, a muffin batter can be ruined in an electric stand mixer due to over-mixing; so it’s better to use a whisk or a handheld mixer for better control. On the other hand, cake batters and icings can be prepared using an electric stand mixer.

Pantry

Baking requires very basic ingredients that are probably already present in your pantry. The following is the list of a few ingredients that can be used for baking most of the dishes-

Dry Ingredients

• All purpose flour
• Baking Powder
• Baking Soda
• Brown Sugar
• Caster Sugar
• Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
